Grevelingen Creuse
The Grevelingen Creuse is also called Oesterij Special. The unique nutrient riches of Lake Grevelingen, the cocktail of algae aromas, the many hours of sunshine and the clear water turn the unique flavor of this plump and creamy oyster into a true taste sensation.
Irish Mór
The Irish Mór consists of a very strict selection of high-quality oysters from artisan oyster farmers from Ireland. The mix of fresh waters from the rivers and salty water from the Atlantic and perfect craftmanship offer a beautiful creamy and soft encounter.
Fine de Claire
The Fine de Claire is a well-known French oyster that has undergone its last ‘affinage’ in the ‘claires’ on the Atlantic coast of France. These exceptional claires, which are connected to the open sea, are shallow closable basins and have a fresh and salty taste.
Salgado
The Salgado is a selection of high-quality and most beautiful Creuse oysters sourced from local growers in Portugal. This special delicacy is known as a very nice meaty creamy oyster with a special salty aftertaste and a yield of meats above 10.5%.
Dutch Imperial
The Dutch Imperial brand is a selection of the best flat oysters from the oyster farms in the Zeeland waters, the Netherlands. The amount of attention and care this oyster requires leads to a complex unique taste: powerful, creamy and a long-lasting aftertaste.
New! Dutch ‘Zeeuwse’ Mussels
Dutch ‘Zeeuwse’ Mosselen are grown and raised in Zeeland in the Netherlands in a small fishing town called Yerseke: the mussel epicenter of north-west Europe. After the fresh mussels have been cultivated, they are sold at the Dutch Mussel Auction. Fun fact: The flavor of the mussels is often described as ‘Black gold’. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t like gold?
